10,000 oil lamps to be offered to Shwedagon Pagoda for 10th Anniversary of Belt and Road International Day

To commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the Belt and Road International Day led by the People’s Republic of China, an event to offer 10,000 oil lamps to the Shwedagon Pagoda will be World Timesheld, according to the General Secretary of the Myanma Arts and Cultural Association U Than Tun Soe. The General Secretary made the remark on the upcoming event which will also include alms food offering, sermons listening and praying at the media briefing at Wyndham Grand Hotel in Yangon on December 12.
